Q. How much does this service cost?
A. Just $19.95!
Q. Are Marriage Licences required to have our pets
married?
A. Marriage Licences are not required. As the disclaimer indicates
this site is for entertainment purposes only. Also No State requires
and animal to obtain a license before it can issue a Wedding Certificate.
The Reverend Tyker is the only Canine on the internet performing Weddings
for fellow animals.
Q. Do States recognize the authority of a Dog or
animal to perform Weddings.
A. Nope. Our research indicates there are no laws on any books that
allow or disallow it. If you find one that does............call us.
Q. Will The Reverend Tyker be reciting any Wedding
Vows for the animals or pets he marries.
A. If we ever find out that Tyker recites anything in English or any
Wedding Vows of any kind we'll be retiring. The Wedding Ceremony is
assumed and authorized by the authority given him by his church.
Q. Is there any other sites where an animal, (dog
in this case) has been authorized and ordained to become a minister
and be able to perform weddings, funerals, baptisms, etc?
A. Nope. He is the one and only.
Q. Will PetWeds.com provide us with the Wedding
Vows needed to perform a wedding for our Cats?
A. Not at all. We suggest you create your own that best describe your
feelings about your pets and frame them along with the Wedding Certificate
you obtain from the Reverend Tyker.
Q. Is PetWeds limiting Weddings to just Cats and
Dogs?
A. Not at all. The Reverend Tyker will issue a Wedding Certificate
for any combination of pets or animals that you have. We'll leave
it at that. It is at your wish and discreation which pets and animals
you want to have married.
Q. Does PetWeds have any restrictions on who the
Reverend will Marry?
A. Yes. We do not accept any human to animal weddings. Also, the State
of Kentucky actually has a law prohibiting same sex marriages with
animals..........so we are told. Other than that, it is your call.
Q. Is PetWeds.com saying that The Reverend Tyker actually
has been granted Divine Authority to perform Weddings?
A. No. The Reverend Tyker did in fact receive his authority from a bonefide
church but he or PetWeds.com makes no claims that his authority is derived
from any Divine Authority. See Disclaimer.
